We are an experienced team of professionals who aspire to meet the needs of skilling India by working with organizations to train their students or employees in the area of personal excellence. In-Fluent has been derived from a Latin word “Influere” which means ‘flowing in’ and is a play on the English words influence and fluent. As it suggests, our mission is to partner organizations to help their people develop fluency and confidence so that they can influence others better.
Founder & Master Trainer

Kanu Priya Sekhri
In-Fluent has been conceptualised and founded by Kanu Priya Sekhri, an alumna of IIM Bangalore.
With several years of business experience as a founding member of various start-ups, Kanu Priya has led teams in the areas of strategic growth, business development, marketing & communication, building partnerships and leadership training. She now enjoys working with people across age groups to develop their Leadership Quotient and explore their highest potential in various ways. Apart from leading Team In-Fluent Learning, she spends her time designing and conducting workshops on Leadership Presence for middle and senior management corporate employees.
She started her career working with Tech Mahindra as part of the Strategic Initiatives team to set up a new business unit and scale it to 2000 people where she was recognised with the Extra Miler Award. She has been a founding team member of SOIL and while leading the Career Advancement Cell, she has spoken as a panelist at forums organised by Business World, TIE and CII and has contributed articles to Financial Times, Economic Times and Education Times.
As a student, she completed the highest grade in Effective Communication from Trinity College of London and is now passionate about spreading excellence in this area. While at school and college, she has been a national level debater and has won several awards. Her passion for communication saw her travel to Europe as a master of ceremonies at the age of 20 and this experience served to further enhance this talent.
She is also certified by LAMDA (The London Academy for Music and Dramatic Art) as a professional trainer for communication skills. Her understanding of learning and creativity was further developed when she trained under Charlie Murphy, the founder of Pye Global, an international training academy for facilitators.
Now training in Transpersonal Regression Therapy, she is keen to include this learning to her workshops and individual sessions to help people move faster on the path of personal excellence.
